Olivier founded Sidetrade in 2000, taking advantage of SaaS disruption to innovate and engage companies in new ways of managing financial customer relationships.

A visionary entrepreneur, surrounded by the most ingenious talents, he leads his company with passion and energy, driving the business in an increasingly expansive market. He keeps inventing, and exploring the art of possible to make Sidetrade the most successful company on the order-to-cash market.

Olivier is also a board member of the Seed4soft fund, and has been a trusted mentor of several hyper-growth tech companies.

Christelle oversees all facets of the group’s internal and external communications, including investor relations. She works closely with each director to enhance brand awareness, and leverage Sidetrade thought leadership. Her team broadcasts Sidetrade’s message throughout the global business and tech ecosystem.

After a career in trading, Christelle orchestrated Sidetrade’s IPO in 2005, making it the first SaaS company on the Euronext stock-exchange in Paris (France). Then, as Chief Marketing Officer, she built and led the company’s go-to-market, lead generation and branding strategy.

Frédéric manages teams in France, Ireland and England, who collectively total over one century’s experience and innovation at Sidetrade. With a dozen different nationalities, and an array of expertise (engineers, trainers, analysts…), his team guides and supports large businesses around the globe. Fred’s team provide Sidetrade’s customers with the tools to achieve top cash performance, year after year, bringing ROI, and creating ever greater value.

Over the course of his career, Frédéric has managed countless key software implementation projects for many local and global companies, giving him unique leadership experience in professional services delivery.

Frédéric is a graduate of Grenoble École de management.

Mark oversees global R&D strategy, leads the IT team, and drives the integration of AI technologies into all Sidetrade products. He works closely with Product team. A recognized machine learning expert, Mark is focused on both innovation and pragmatism, and pursues a product vision which perfectly meets market expectations.

An accomplished engineer and daring entrepreneur, Mark co-founded the AI start-up BrightTarget, a British pioneer in the field of machine learning applied to predicting and growing company revenue. Sidetrade acquired BrightTarget in 2016.

Mark has a first-class degree in Computer Science.

Passionate about creating elegant tech solutions delivering great value to entreprise clients, Emmanuel co-founded Amalto, a renowned player in the Order-to-Cash B2B automation space, acquired by Sidetrade in 2021.
In charge of Customer Success, his role is to make sure that Sidetrade listens to all customers and constantly increases the value they receive from the solutions and services they use.
Emmanuel holds a master degree in Science and Engineering from CentraleSupélec and a MS in Strategic Management from HEC Paris.
