Safran Helicopter Engines is the global leader of gas turbine engines for helicopters. Owned by the Safran Group, it also manufactures turbojets for planes and missiles.
Safran Helicopter Engines’ sales representatives are responsible for managing the settlement of 50,000 annual invoices. In order to face this issue, Safran Helicopter Engines decided to optimise its cash generation and considered its invoice settlement as a priority.

At the beginning of 2007, the project was meant to professionalize, rationalise and optimise the daily functioning of the financial and sales administration departments. This objective resulted in the deployment of Sidetrade’s solution dedicated to improving Customer Relationship Management.
