Let’s meet one Friday per month to focus on a theme. Here are the subjects for the next capsules.

This rendezvous is willing to focus on a specific subject (eg: use alerts and reports, create a bulk action, use standard performance indicators etc…). Each capsule is limited to 5 attendees of the same company or several companies using Sidetrade’s solutions.

What is a Capsule?

It is an online training to develop skills on certain functionalities for Augmented Cash solution. During this monthly rendezvous the trainer gives details on a predefined theme. Attendees will be able to practice what they have learned through exercises and answering to quiz in live. The virtual classroom lasts 2 hours, it is limited to 5 attendees from different companies for 99€ per attendee.

How to join a Capsule?

To register or register your team, you just have to fill in the form. You will then receive the purchase order to complete to validate your participation or your team participation. As soon as we receive it, attendees will receive an invite to the capsule.

How much is a Capsule?

These online trainings are available for 99€ per attendee. Each attendee will benefit from the support of an expert trainer during the capsule. And after the training, he will receive a memo and a support to guide him in practicing what he learned during the capsule.

Is it an e-learning?

It is an online training but not an e-learning. The attendee is supported by the trainer during the capsule. There is no specific time dedicated outside of the capsule. The pedagogical content is available for the attendee during the capsule, not before. The learning rhythm is defined by the training and not through the learner like it would the case in a standard e-learning.

Can we be certified on Augmented Cash after a Capsule?

It is possible to take the Augmented Cash certification linked to the role usually used. However, the capsule is a focus on a particular subject. The certification deals with all functions available in Augmented Cash.

Who is the Capsule’s audience?

Each theme answers to needs regarding the user role in Augmented Cash. The audience for each capsule is indicated next to the subject. Some of them can target several roles.

Are there any prerequisites to attend to a Capsule?

Yes. To carry out this training, it is important to know the credit team missions and goals. It is also necessary to understand the skills linked to the collector and the credit manager. Finally the attendee should know Augmented Cash vocabulary. From a technical point of vue, the attendee must be able to use Windows environment, master basic desktop tools and know how to surf into the Internet.

Are the Capsules interactives?

Yes they are interactives and actives. Attendees will have to answer questions. Regarding their answers, the trainer will suggest recommandations. Attendees will also be able to exchange in live with the trainer and other attendees.

Why do the Capsules only last 2h?

It is important to identify users business expectations. They sometimes do not need to know 100% of functionalities. These capsules are not intended to develop the same expertise level on Augmented Cash than other trainings. They aim to deal with a specific subject and to transfer essential knowledge. Training & Master Monitoring team is willing to simplify the user’s life through a training more accessible (in terms of necessary time and without moving from the office).

Why intercompany trainings?

These capsules are a way for customers to discover best work methodologies on Augmented Cash. They seek to federate and to poll best practices from different collection services.

Are the Capsules available in replay?

Capsules are live events which can only exist as a “rendezvous” not to be missed. This is the reason why at the moment capsules are not available in replay. Still, we think about the different terms which could allow replays in the future.

Which tools are needed to attend a Capsule?

Capsules are delivered online with a web conference tool. To be able to attend, it is mandatory to have: – A computer per attendee with and Internet connection – A phone – An access to the web conference tool (thanks to a link sent by the trainer). For everyone’s comfort, it is asked to the attendee to: – Connect into the session 10 minutes before the beginning so that it can begin on time – Make sure to organize his total availability and tranquility during the training session – Have an individual connection and sign the presence sheet to be known as attending the training.

Is it possible to exchange with other attendees?

One of the biggest benefit of capsules is to allow interaction with the trainer and also with peers. In the web conference, a chat will be available to all. Attendees will write their messages in it and each attendee will be able to read these messages and even answer to these.

Capsule, webinar, what is the difference?

A capsule is an online training. It is a virtual classroom while the trainer enters in detail on the subject defined. The webinar is a more global presentation. It is open to everyone and gives a global vision on the subject defined.

Sidetrade offers webinars in order to introduce new functionalities on Augmented Cash. While capsules aim to enter in detail on how the solution would work. Set up and animated by a trainer who is a functional expert, the capsule has a pedagogical objective so that the trainee acquires skills on the subject defined. Attendees will be asked to do exercises and answer quizzes in order to validate their mastering of the capsule’s subject.

Is it possible to have a certificate of attendance at the end of the Capsule?
