Your Sidetrade Financials solution allows you to score your Customers based on your own criteria or external sources in the Performance tab of the Customer Account.
This numerical score gives you the ability to:
- Track the scoring history of your customers
- Create Alerts to be informed if the score of a Customer is declining by X%
- Build SideGroups and assign workflow to create collection strategy based on Customers’ score
To display the scoring at Customer Account level in your Sidetrade Financials solution, it is required to add a new file in the daily data import.
This file needs to include:
- Customer Account ID
- Score (numerical score between 0 and 100)
- Date of score
