Conga announced new enhancements across its revenue lifecycle solution. It includes full application programming interfaces (APIs) providing direct access to Conga Composer and Conga Sign functionalities. It has also enhanced its market-leading contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities. Conga CLM has new real-time collaboration features with Microsoft 365 support for contract redlining and collaboration in real-time. Enhancements to Conga CPQ aim to improve sales efficiencies. There is support for increased deal sizes with targeted product recommendations. Conga CPQ now delivers a better customer experience capable of handling up to 10,000 lines of pricing in a single quote.

Bill.com has appointed Michael DeAngelo as Chief People Officer.

BlueConic has appointed Leo Carbonara as the company’s global VP of Product.

Digital Workforce has entered into a partnership with the Swiss company Flowable to collaborate in business process automation. Digital Workforce Outsmart will utilize world-leading, best-of-breed technology, such as Flowable, to enable process orchestration, automated processing of tasks, and the coordination of the work carried out by humans and work carried out by software robots or AI.

Jedox announced a partnership with Microsoft, delivering an out of the box Microsoft integration flexible planning application for Dynamics 365 and Power BI.

Kissflow announced plans to expand in South East Asia. The company will set up an enterprise sales office in the Philippines for the Southeast Asia region to capitalize on the growing demand for low-code/no-code tools.

Mindtickle has partnered with BoostUp.ai. They will build an integration between their two platforms that utilize insights on deal and account health to suggest relevant content and enablement programs.

Qualtrics will go live on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Infrastructure in London in the second half of 2022. Qualtrics customers will be able to access the Qualtrics XM/OS platform locally via the AWS London Region.

SumTotal Systems entered into a strategic partnership with Udemy Business, the corporate training division of Udemy. Through this, SumTotal becomes the first Learning Management Experience Platform (LMXP) to have the ability to sell Udemy Business content.

Financial Reports

Billtrust reported its Q1 2022 results. Total revenue increased 8.8% year-over-year to $45.6 million. Flint Lane, Founder and CEO of Billtrust, commented: “Our great momentum continued in the first quarter, led by 16.3% year-over-year software and payments segment revenue growth and 33.6% adjusted software and payments growth. Demand for our highly profitable accounts receivable product suite remains robust, and rapid adoption continues to drive strong results in our core software and payments segment.”

FD Technologies announced its results for the year ended 28 February 2022. Total revenue was up 11% to £263.5 million. Its three main solutions, KX (up 25%), First Derivative (up 24%) and MRP (up 18%) all grew.

NICE reported total revenue growth of 15.9% to $529 million in its Q1 2022 results. Cloud revenue grew 29.2% to $295 million.

SideTrade reported 132% bookings growth in Q1 2022. Total revenue grew by 12% in Q1 2022 to €8.4 million.

Visier announced highlights from the first quarter of its fiscal year, which ended April 30, 2022, but no financials. Ryan Wong, co-founder and CEO of Visier, commented: “This has been a very active and exciting first quarter for Visier. We started this year incredibly strong, with great momentum on pretty much every front, and an acquisition that I believe will have a game-changing impact in our market.”

Funding

Pyramid Analytics closed a Series E funding round of $120 million, bringing the company’s total venture capital raised to more than $200 million. H.I.G. Growth Partners led the round.

Ephesoft Inc joined the MuleSoft Technology Partner Program and released a MuleSoft Certified Connector for Ephesoft Transact, accessible in Anypoint Exchange.

Groove announced a new conversation intelligence product and mobile app to enable sales reps to maximize their productivity everywhere they work. IRIS unveiled IRIS Elements Proposal Manager to strengthen the integrated platform it believes is the most integrated and powerful cloud-based accountancy solution on the market.

Pega unveiled new platform features with Pega DX APIs improving the user experience. It added new and updated software development kits (SDKs) for Angular, React, and Web Components. These are available via Pega Marketplace. The new Pega Web Embed capability gives developers a low-code way to infuse Pega Platform workflows into apps or sites quickly.

Pipedrive launched a new messaging inbox and three new integrations with strategic apps, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and DocuSign.

Qualtrics has integrated Qualtrics XM Discover’s AI and machine learning capabilities into SAP Service Cloud. The combination will help customer service teams resolve customer issues, increase resolution rate and improve customer satisfaction.

ServiceAide introduced Asset Discovery Expert (ADE), a powerful, lightweight, agentless software solution that provides instant visibility and control of all technology assets across networks.

ServiceNow announced three new solutions built on the Now Platform to help enterprises advance their digital transformation efforts. Service Operations Workspace, App Engine Management Center and Public Sector Digital Services work across organizations and within the public sector to digitize complex processes and accelerate productivity.

Talend unveiled the latest version of Talend Data Fabric. In its Spring ’22 announcement, Talend will add advanced capabilities to the Talend Trust Score, including aggregation and historical views into the health of any dataset.

ThoughtSpot announced a significant update to the organization’s platform during their annual customer conference Beyond. The new capabilities include ThoughtSpot Sync, CodeSpot, Bring Your Own Charts, new Liveboard capabilities, and multiple new SpotApps. It also launched three new editions: Team Edition, Pro Edition, and a special bundle for startups, nonprofits, and education institutions.

Zendesk, Inc unveiled new solutions that put conversations at the centre of customer relationship management. Zendesk announced a new employee experience offering to help companies transform internal operations and create the best hybrid work experience.
