We have an exciting role for someone to build and execute sales enablement initiatives. Successful candidates will have experience with sales enablement in a SaaS environment, proven experience onboarding and ramping new sales reps to full productivity as well as evolving the skills and growth of tenured reps.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and delivering effective content, systems and processes around enablement for Enterprise software solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales enablement initiatives.
- Create written content to educate the sales team.
- Train sales team on best use of sales enablement materials, tools, onboarding and product updates
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
- Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
- Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve sales enablement programs.
- 5-7 years experience in sales enablement for Enterprise Software vendor
- Experience in Salesforce
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence to tackle any challenge – even those that come up last minute
- Able to travel in Europe (40%)
- Fluent English, French a plus
