En 2003, Valérie Burel joined J.Lenoir at Cashback Avantage Clients as Partner. Since then Valérie has successfully managed numerous projects of WCR optimisation, in a variety of fields (Paper Industry, Services, Interim, Computer Distribution). Valérie also lead audit activites for financial services that specialise in securisation, and financing of accounts receivables. In addition, Valérie initiated, designed, and delivered training sessions for Credit Management and financial services professionals. Since 2007, Valérie has developed and managed consulting activities within the realm of Sidetrade Group.
Valérie's team has extensive experience in audit, consulting, and finance, on large-scale international projects. The team thrives on proven methodology, and the application of best practices in their field of action.
Valérie Burel career started in factoring, where she acquired 11 years of experience in credit analysis and audit - at Slifac and later Eurofactor.

Christelle Dhrif, Director of Communication and Development

Christelle Dhrif joined Sidetrade in 2005 to coordinate the project to take the company public on the Bourse de Paris. After the IPO of Sidetrade on NYSE Euronext Paris, Christelle Dhrif became Director of Communication and Development of the Group.
She is responsible for the marketing strategy, communication and branding. Christelle Dhrif is also in charge of media and investor relations. She was instrumental in developing the Leads Center in 2006, a service dedicated to new customer development. Today, her key role is to enhance Sidetrade's visibility and notoriety in the market.
Christelle Dhrif's professional experience in business development and marketing of services and stocks for large French banking institutions spans 10 years.
She holds a post-graduate degree in Financial Markets.

As Director of Professional Services for the Sidetrade Group, Axelle de Faÿ is responsible for implementing the Sidetrade Network software program both technically and functionally, tracking customer performance follow-up, and product management of the solution.
Since 2002, she has held various management roles, notably creating the consulting and share services center.
Axelle de Faÿ has more than 10 years experience in this area of consulting.
After working in Credit Management for 4 years with Redland Granulats, Groupe Lafarge, Axelle de Faÿ joined Ricol, Lasteyrie & associés in 1997 to create Crédiconcept, a subsidiary specialized in Credit Management consulting.
As an established expert, Axelle de Faÿ wrote "Credit Management, Gérer le risque client" ("Credit Management, Managing customer risk") published by Economica.
Axelle de Faÿ holds a post graduate degree in corporate finance from Dauphine.

Joël Lenoir, Director of Consulting Services for WCR optimization and activities related to account management of the Sidetrade Group. He is a real orchestra conductor when it comes to organizing consulting projects and support throughout the various areas of specialty. His primary responsibility is to develop a strong team capable of ensuring sustained revenue growth for customers and providing expertise in WCR enhancement.
Joël Lenoir worked as an internal auditor and financial director for large companies for 25 years. His professional experience enabled him, on multiple occasions, to manage portfolios of receivables owed by the government and local governmental agencies.
In 1996 he founded a firm specialized in the auditing of account receivables, diagnostic and consulting services as well as managing badts debts under mandate. This company was known as Cashback Avantage Clients, and they worked with large public and private companies as well as financial institutions specialized in commercial debt. His professional vision and drive to succeed brought him to Sidetrade in 2007 thereby consolidating the range of services offered by the Group. Joël Lenoir remains the Managing Director of Cashback Avantage Clients, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sidetrade.
With 17 years of experience managing account receivables, Joël Lenoir has acquired the business methods of the large consulting firms and the know-how of professionals who worked in some of the largest international groups. Joël Lenoir has certainly left his mark in the field of Credit Management. He was the original creator of the FCM "Federation of Consulting Credit Manager" within the AFDCC the "French Association of Credit Managers". He has been a member of the AFDCC board on several occasions.
He often speaks at conferences on the topic of risk management and is involved in writing numerous articles in this area.

Christian Marty joined Sidetrade in 2006, when TRESOFI was acquired, and has been responsaible for managing the treasury and finance consulting activity of the group under Tresofi by Sidetrade trademark.
Leading a project management role to organise and improve banks and corporate treasury divisions from both public and private sectors (French Post office, Icade..), Christian also provides his know-how for the benefit of small and medium firms under LBO and family control.
Christian Marty has acquired a dual expertise:
- from the banking sector where he worked for over 20 years as a trader (BCEN Eurobank) and as Finance and Treasury Director (Vernes San Paolo Bank)
- from the corporate sector, where he worked for over 10 years, within the Carlo de Benedetti Group (as Treasury and Finance Director of CERUS and Director of Dumenil Leble bank).

Loïc Mathieu, Chief Technology Officer

Loïc Mathieu is the Chief Technology Officer and as such coordinates all Sidetrade Group's IT services. The company has benefited from his technological expertise and his business vision.
His teams are composed of over 25 engineers who head the development, operation and technical support of Sidetrade Network's "full web" solution.
Loïc Mathieu has over 15 years of experience in software publishing and IT infrastructures. He managed R&D teams for the publisher InfoVista. After gaining much experience working for technology start-ups, he joined Sidetrade in November 2006.
He has a degree from l'Ecole Centrale Paris.

Olivier Novasque is the founder and CEO of the Sidetrade Group. As a software publisher, he has grown the company to nearly 100 employees since its inception in 2000 in the areas of sales, professional services, research & development and operational assistance.
Olivier Novasque founded Sidetrade with the objective of developing solutions using the SaaS model (Software as a Service) for customer financial management. Guided by Olivier Novasque's dynamism and vision, Sidetrade has developed innovative services, global in nature and with a commitment to performance, around a web solution encompassing consulting, training, assistance and account management services. Olivier Novasque continues to lead the Sidetrade Group's strategy and development.
As Chairman of the Board and majority shareholder, Olivier Novasque is the company's spokesperson vis-à-vis investors, customers and partners.
Before founding Sidetrade, Olivier Novasque began his professional career in 1992 with the Bouygues Group. In 1995 he worked for GE FactoFrance in the financing of new technologies.
In 2007, the Sidetrade Group represented by Olivier Novasque, was named director of the Association Française des Editeurs de Logiciels (AFDEL), which is the French Association of Software Publishers. This honor acknowledged his role as an innovator and a true pioneer in the SaaS industry in France.
Olivier Novasque has a degree from the ESC (Business School) in Toulouse.
