  • Valérie Burel, Directrice du conseil en optimisation du BFR
    • En 2003, Valérie Burel rejoint J.Lenoir chez Cashback Avantage Client et devient Associée. Elle mène des missions de conseil en optimisation du BFR dans les secteurs de l'industrie du papier, des services aux entreprises, de l'intérim, de la prestation de services et de la distribution informatique. Valérie Burel supervise également les activités d'audit spécialisé pour le compte d'institutions financières spécialisées dans le financement de créances commerciales. Elle est à l'origine de la conception de formations destinées aux professionnels du credit management et de la mobilisation de créances et contribue à l'animation des formations. En 2007, Valérie Burel conserve ses responsabilités et ses activités au sein du Groupe Sidetrade.

      Ses équipes sont issues du monde de l'Audit, du Conseil et de la Finance et justifient d'expériences réussies dans des projets d'envergure internationale. Ils s'appuient sur des méthodologies éprouvées et sur l'observation des meilleures pratiques du métier.

      Valérie Burel a débuté sa carrière dans des sociétés d'affacturage où elle acquière 11 années d'expérience des métiers de l'analyse crédit et de l'audit chez Slifac puis chez Eurofactor.

      Valérie Burel est titulaire d'un DESS Banque et Finance à l'université de Paris IX Dauphine. Elle complète sa formation professionnelle avec une spécialisation en analyse financière des comptes anglo-saxons et consolidés.

  • Christelle Dhrif, Director of Communication and Development
    • Christelle Dhrif joined Sidetrade in 2005 to coordinate the project to take the company public on the Bourse de Paris. After the introduction of Sidetrade with NYSE Euronext Paris, Christelle Dhrif became Director of Communication and Development of the Group.

      She is responsible for the marketing strategy, communication and branding. Christelle Dhrif is also in charge of media and investor relations. She was instrumental in developing the Leads Center in 2006, a service dedicated to new client development. Today, her key role is increasing Sidetrade's visibility and notoriety in the market.

      She holds a post-graduate degree in Financial Markets.

  • Axelle de Faÿ, Director of Professional Services
    • As Director of Professional Services for the Sidetrade Group, Axelle de Faÿ is responsible for the projects of implementing the Sidetrade Network software program both technically and functionally, customer performance follow-up and the functional evolution of the solution.

      Since 2002, she has assumed various managerial functions within the Group, notably creating the consulting and account management division.

      Axelle de Faÿ has more than 10 years experience in this area of consulting.

      After working in Credit Management for 4 years with Redland Granulats, Groupe Lafarge, Axelle de Faÿ joined Ricol, Lasteyrie & associés in 1997 to create Crédiconcept, a subsidiary specialized in Credit Management consulting.

      As an established expert, Axelle de Faÿ wrote "Credit Management, Gérer le risque client" ("Credit Management, Managing client risk") published by Economica.

      Axelle de Faÿ holds a post graduate degree in corporate finance from Dauphine.

  • Yannick Gérard, Administrative and Financial Manager
    • Yannick Gérard is Administrative and Financial Manager for Sidetrade Group as well as one of the Managing Directors. He coordinates financial and accounting operations and supervises the reporting process. Yannick Gérard plans the budget development process for the Group and leads the operational control, investment monitoring and plan development. He is in constant contact with company executives and manages cash flow. He coordinates general services with two associates. He is responsible for maintaining the Group's corporate accounts and for ensuring compliance with accounting, financial and social requirements.

      Prior to joining Sidetrade in May 2006, he worked for accounting and auditing firms for 7 years, mostly in the service, manufacturing and trade sectors.

      He is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Joël Lenoir, Director of Consulting Services
    • Joël Lenoir, Director of Consulting Services for WCR optimization and activities related to account management of the Sidetrade Group. He is the veritable orchestra conductor when it comes to organizing consulting projects and support throughout the various areas of specialty. His primary responsibility is to develop a strong team capable of ensuring sustained revenue growth for clients and providing expertise in WCR enhancement.

      Joël Lenoir worked as an internal auditor and financial director for large companies for 25 years. His professional experience enabled him, on multiple occasions, to manage portfolios of receivables owed by the government and local governmental agencies.

      In 1996 he founded a firm specialized in the auditing of client receivables, diagnostic and consulting services as well as managing client debts under mandate. This company was known as Cashback Avantage Clients, and they worked with large public and private companies as well as financial institutions specialized in commercial debt. His professional vision and drive to succeed brought him to Sidetrade in 2007 thereby consolidating the range of services offered by the Group. Joël Lenoir remains the Managing Director of Cashback Avantage Clients, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sidetrade.

      With 17 years of experience managing client receivables, Joël Lenoir has acquired the business methods of the large consulting firms and the know-how of professionals who worked in some of the largest international groups. Joël Lenoir has certainly left his mark in the field of Credit Management. He was the original creator of the FCM "Federation of Consulting Credit Manager" within the AFDCC the "French Association of Credit Managers". He has been a member of the AFDCC board on several occasions.

      He often speaks at conferences on the topic of risk management and is involved in writing numerous articles in this area.

  • Christian Marty, Directeur du conseil en trésorerie et finance
    • Christian Marty joined Sidetrade in 2006, when TRESOFI was acquired, to manage the treasury and finance consulting activity of the group under Tresofi by Sidetrade trademark.

      Project manager to organize and improve banks and corporate treasury divisions from both public and private sectors (French Post office, Icade..), he also provides his know-how for the benefit of small and medium companies under LBO and family control.

      Christian Marty has a dual expertise:

      • from the banking sector where he worked for more than twenty years as a trader (BCEN Eurobank) and as Finance and Treasury Director (Vernes San Paolo Bank)
      • from the corporate sector, above 10 years, within the Carlo de Benedetti Group (as Treasury and Finance Director of CERUS and Director of Dumenil Leble bank).
      Christian Marty is graduate from the Paris Institute of Political Sciences and holds a Maîtrise and a post-graduate degree in Economics from the Paris Pantheon University.

  • Loïc Mathieu, Technical Director
    • Loïc Mathieu is the Technical Director and as such coordinates all Sidetrade Group's IT services. The company has benefited from his technological expertise and his business vision.

      His teams are made-up of over 25 engineers who head the development, operation and technical support of Sidetrade Network's "full web" solution.

      Loïc Mathieu has 15 years of experience in software publishing and IT infrastructures. He managed R&D teams for the publisher InfoVista. After gaining much experience working for technology start-ups, he joined Sidetrade in November 2006.

      He has a degree from l'Ecole Centrale Paris.

  • Olivier Novasque, Chief Executive Officer
    • Olivier Novasque is the founder and CEO of the Sidetrade Group. As a software publisher, he has grown the company to nearly 100 employees since its inception in 2000 in the areas of sales, professional services, research & development and operational assistance.

      Olivier Novasque founded Sidetrade with the objective of developing solutions using the SaaS model (Software as a Service) for client financial management. Guided by Olivier Novasque's dynamism and vision, Sidetrade has developed innovative services, global in nature and with a commitment to performance, all built around a web solution encompassing consulting, training, assistance and account management services. Olivier Novasque continues to lead the Sidetrade Group's strategy and development.

      As Chairman of the Board and majority shareholder, Olivier Novasque is the company's spokesperson vis-à-vis investors, clients and partners.

      Before founding Sidetrade, Olivier Novasque began his professional career in 1992 with the Bouygues Group. In 1995 he worked for GE FactoFrance in the financing of new technologies.

      In 2007, the Sidetrade Group represented by Olivier Novasque, was named director of the Association Française des Editeurs de Logiciels (AFDEL), which is the French Association of Software Publishers. This honor acknowledged his role as an innovator and a true pioneer in the SaaS industry in France.

      Olivier Novasque has a degree from the ESC (Business School) in Toulouse
